COURSE DESCRIPTION

The OPorto Forte Group has developed a program that allows professionals to complete Green Belt training and subsequently obtain an internationally recognized certification through the presentation of a real improvement project.

With a practical methodology (simulated project, case studies, and examples) that helps to implement, execute, interpret, and apply Lean 6 Sigma.

WHY TAKE THE GREEN BELT COURSE AT OPORTO FORTE?

1- Our course is very practical. Professionals develop a simulated project in the classroom, aligning theory with practice.

2- Project Coaching - At the end of the in-person course, you will have the opportunity to develop a Real Six Sigma Green Belt improvement project in your company, where you will have the support of an online mentor (Coach) for up to 1 year after the course completion to assist you in the execution of your project and thus deliver positive results to your organization in a timely manner.

3- You will be entitled to 2 certificates:

Training participation certificate - Delivered at the end of the course.
Qualification Certificate - For this, it is necessary to fulfill a minimum attendance of 85%, obtain an average of 7.0 points or higher on the final exam, and present this Real Six Sigma Green Belt improvement within 1 year after the course completion.
4- International Recognition - Our Course is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification - USA.

Simple Linear Correlation and Regression
Lean Metrics: cycle time, takt time, lead time, etc.
Lean Tools: 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, etc.
Process Standardization
Error Proofing System (Poka Yoke)
Operating Principle of Control Charts
Control Charts for Variables: mean and range, mean and standard deviation, individual values and moving range
Control Charts for Attributes: proportion, count, and count per unit.
